- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆April 05, 2020, by Jan MorenoWe purchased a larger amount of furniture. Within a year a motor has gone out of our recliner. The recliner has a 5 year warranty. I been put off with excuses as to why the chair has not been picked up and fixed. Today, I went to the store and was told the Manager, Asst. Manager or Owner was not there to help. The customer service is NOT good after you purchase furniture. Our sales lady was great! She apologized.
